Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using any services offered by Dabvi Group, you
confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the
following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the
relationship between Dabvi Group and all individuals or entities
interacting with our educational platform.
1. Acceptance of
Terms
These Terms apply to all users of the Dabvi Group
learning platform. By enrolling in any of our business education
programmes, you legally accept the current version of these Terms.
Dabvi Group may modify the Terms to reflect changes in operations,
legal requirements, or technology. Updated terms are always
available at www.dabvigroup.com/terms. Continued use of the
platform after changes implies acceptance.
2. Scope of
Services
Dabvi Group delivers business-focused training
programmes designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, and
organisations. Our services include on-demand video modules, live
mentorship sessions, curated learning tracks, downloadable
materials, and certification-based progression. Programmes focus
on strategic planning, business growth, leadership,
digitalisation, and operational optimisation. All services are
provided in compliance with GDPR and relevant EU legislation.
3.
Enrollment & Access
Enrollment occurs through our website
or written confirmation from our support team. Access is granted
upon payment and confirmation via email. Users must submit
accurate, current details during registration; failure to do so
may affect access. Dabvi Group reserves the right to adjust
session dates due to instructor availability, technical issues, or
force majeure. Participants will be promptly informed and offered
alternatives where applicable.
4. Cancellations &
Refunds
Withdrawals are accepted within 14 days of purchase
only if no course content has been accessed. If any material has
been opened or a session attended, refunds are not issued unless
exceptional, documented reasons apply. If Dabvi Group cancels a
programme, affected users may request a full refund or transfer to
an equivalent future programme.
5. Limitations &
Liability
While our programmes are designed for measurable
business impact, Dabvi Group does not guarantee specific outcomes
(e.g., promotions, revenue growth, client acquisition) unless
explicitly promised in a course description. Results depend on
individual application. We are not liable for access disruptions
due to user devices, internet issues, or incompatible software. We
are also not responsible for indirect damages, including business
loss or time delays.
6. Code of Conduct & Intellectual
Property
All learners are expected to uphold a professional,
respectful learning environment. Misconduct such as harassment,
spam, or disruption may lead to restricted access or removal
without refund. All materials provided — including videos,
documents, and tools — are the intellectual property of
Dabvi Group. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without
written consent. Breaches may result in legal action.
7.
Privacy & Data Handling
Your data is collected for
educational and administrative purposes only. We use it to manage
enrolment, communicate updates, issue certificates, and improve
service delivery. Your information is handled in accordance with
our Privacy Policy and GDPR. Data is only shared with essential
service providers under strict confidentiality terms.
8.
Applicable Law
We aim to resolve concerns swiftly via our
support team. These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any
unresolved disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the
appropriate civil court in Florence, Italy.
